Meiko targets development of 40 µm circuit board
Printed circuit board manufacturer Meiko Electronics Co Ltd has entered into a capital and business partnership with Board Farm Co Ltd to jointly develop modules using a cutting-edge circuit board with 40 µm linewidths.
