Using waste oil to fuel trucks
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co Ltd is to use waste cooking oil from its canteens as fuel for trucks that transport the company’s products. The plan will be tested at the group’s plants in Shiga Prefecture from this autumn through to next spring, before expanding the practice to other plants in the next fiscal year.
