Abbott starts US clinical trial of spinal implant
Enrolment has started in what is claimed to be the first study of its kind in the USA. Abbott Spine is enrolling patients in a clinical study to evaluate a spinal implant technology for the treatment of mild to moderate degenerative disc disease designed to stabilize the spine and reduce pain while preserving range of motion.
