Silicone nanocomposites for space and defence
NEI Corp, USA, has won two contracts to develop nanocomposites: one from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the other from the Office of the US Secretary of Defense (OSD). Both programmes have already commenced, and jointly have initial funding totalling $170 000.
