    First results for jaw bone reconstruction look promising

    The interim results from the feasibility clinical trial to evaluate the use of tissue repair cells (TRCs) for maxillary (upper jaw) bone reconstruction show both clinical safety and significant bone growth, according to Aastrom Biosciences Inc, developer of the TRCs.
