Hexion acquires Huntsman
Huntsman Corp has announced that it has terminated its merger agreement with Basell AF, dated June 26 2007, and has agreed to a definitive merger agreement with Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc. The Hexion/Huntsman transaction will have a total value of approximately $10.6 billion.
