PPA car suspension unit resists pressure and temperature
A polyphthalamide (PPA) with 35% by weight of glass fibres has been chosen by Woco Industrietechnik GmbH of Bad Soden-Salmünster, Germany, for a pneumatic switchover unit which is exposed to high internal pressures. It is used in air suspension systems supplied by Continental Automotive Systems.
