Gore pledges to fight patent infringement lawsuit
W.L. Gore & Associates Inc has said it intends to fight the lawsuit brought against it by NMT Medical Inc and Dr Lloyd Marks for allegedly infringing US Patent 5 108 420 through the manufacture and sale of its trademarked Gore Helex septal occluder devices.
