Medtronic buys Ablation Frontiers
Medtronic will acquire Ablation Frontiers for an initial payment of US$225 million, plus potential additional payments depending on the achievement of certain clinical milestones. The acquisition has been approved by shareholders of Ablation Frontiers and is subject to the usual regulatory clearance.
