    Polyphthalamide used in manufacturing of filaments

    A polyphthalamide (PPA) material that allows the drawing of filaments has been introduced by Evonik Industries AG, based in Essen, Germany. The PPA can easily be processed to form different varieties of filaments and modifications in geometry and colour, says the company.
