    CryoLife becomes largest single shareholder of Medafor - Company’s aim is to combine two companies; Medafor fights back

    CryoLife Inc of Kennesaw, Georgia, USA, says it has bought about 1.6 million shares of Medafor’s common stock from Medafor’s founders and certain principal shareholders for about US$2.00 per share, making it the largest single shareholder in the company. CryoLife says these shares represent about 8% ownership of the company, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
