US authority reneges on decision to clear Menaflex knee implant
Following re-evaluation of certain evidence, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has begun the process to rescind the marketing clearance it awarded in December 2008 to the Menaflex collagen scaffold for use in the knee.
